My own transformation going from 153KG+ to 87KG

Jay with a truly amazing transformation! Nearly 35KG down since we started working together !Initially Jay came to me struggling having hit a major plateau in losing weight. He had tried to crash diet cutting his calories to 1,500. I designed a meal plan for him at around double those calories with foods he enjoyed. Losing weight doesn’t have to be torture if you have the right knowledge.
For the vast majority of this transformation Jay didn’t have an exercise plan in place and the results came strictly from the meal plan. In the last couple of months Jay has now started to have personal training sessions with me ensuring that we continue this transformation and take things to the next level. Seeing results like this and how much better Jay feels about himself is the truly the best feeling out there.
